Training principles

1. Reactive component – ​​flywheel generates impulses:
   • Reflexive muscle activation (stretch-shortening cycle)
   • Training of the stabilizing deep muscles
   • Depending on the amplitude: mobilizing or primarily stabilizing.
2. Resistance component – ​​Elastic tensile forces:
   • Increased workload & increased strength
   • Additional muscle groups are activated depending on the direction of pull.
   • Promotes joint stability & neuromuscular coordination

Synergy: Both components work simultaneously and activate large muscle chains – the torso and legs are also intensively involved.
